We are currently looking for responsible, caring, and reliable individuals to join our team as Senior Errand Service Partners.
About the Role
As a Senior Errand Service Partner, you will assist seniors with daily errands and light support tasks. This role focuses on companionship, reliability, and trust.
You are not just completing tasks, you are helping seniors maintain independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist seniors with grocery shopping and errands
- Pick up prescriptions or essential items
- Accompany clients to appointments (if required)
- Help with simple daily tasks (mail, organizing, small household support)
- Provide friendly companionship during service
- Ensure the safety and comfort of senior clients
- Communicate clearly and respectfully
- Follow TapSenior service standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Basic English communication skills
- Friendly, patient, and respectful attitude toward seniors
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to work independently
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Smartphone required (to receive bookings and updates)
- Own transportation is highly preferred
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working with seniors or caregiving
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Calm, patient, and attentive personality
- Familiarity with local areas (for errands and navigation)
