AYS runs live virtual programming for older adults across Canada, every day, on Zoom. Fitness, wellness, creative arts, grief support, and social connection, led by real instructors in real time, not pre-recorded content. Members join from home with no travel and no tech headaches. We work with 13 Ontario municipalities to bring free or subsidized access to residents, and we run individual memberships for anyone outside those partnerships. Our BMC Public Health research, done with North York General Hospital, found 95% member satisfaction. We're also featured in the CCSMH's 2026 national report on addressing social isolation in older adults.
