Scheduling your order
TapSenior allows you to schedule grocery deliveries in advance by calling one of our operators. Just let us know at the start of your call that you’d like a scheduled delivery. Provide your preferred date and time deliveries typically arrive within about 30 minutes before or after your selected window.
If you place multiple orders during the same call, we offer a discounted concierge fee for the second and additional orders. You can also schedule deliveries online for added convenience.

Of course! Tipping is encouraged and can be added when you place your order over the phone, or given in cash when the driver drops off your delivery.
We recommend sharing replacement items or alternative brands with us. This allows the shopper to select the next best option if something is out of stock. We’ll save your preferences for future orders.

If your order was delivered and you experienced an issue, please contact our Grocery Support team within 24 hours of delivery by calling (587)378 6066 or emailing contact@tapsenior.ca. Contacting us promptly helps us resolve things more quickly on your behalf.
Once we receive your concern, a support representative will review the issue and coordinate with the store or delivery partner. After a resolution is reached, we’ll follow up with you by email with an update.
Please note that orders older than 7 days may not be eligible for dispute.
