DescriptionHeart @ Home ~ Home Support Services was created because we know how important it is for clients and their families, to receive quality and compassionate personal care services. We are here to help our clients with all their non-medical activities of daily living, including: * All ADL's (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, grooming) * Meal preparation, * Light homemaking duties, * Companionship, and * Medication reminders; * Medication management * Complex Personal Care (transferring, re-positioning, toileting, feeding,etc) * We also offer safe & convenient transportation to and from: - Doctor's appointments, - Hospitals, - Places of worship, - Errands, - Recreational outings, - All appointments We are on-call and available 24 hours a day. Everyone on our team is screened, trained, and reliable. All Heart to Home’ caregivers must have Their PSW diploma and are trained in C.P.R. & First Aid, WHIMIS and are up-to-date with their Vulnerable Sector.
