Scheduling your meal order

TapSenior allows you to schedule meal orders in advance with the help of a live support specialist. Simply follow the same steps you would when placing a regular order over the phone.

At the beginning of your call, please let the support specialist know that you would like to schedule your order for a future date and time.

Please provide the support specialist with your preferred delivery date and time. Keep in mind that your order may arrive up to 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time window.

If you place or schedule multiple meal orders during the same phone call with the same TapSenior support specialist, a discounted concierge service fee will be applied to the second order and any additional orders.

What is the resolution process?

Once we receive your concern, one of our support representatives will forward it to our partner for resolution. Once a resolution has been reached, we will contact you via phone to update you.

Please keep in mind that any order that is older than 24 hours cannot be disputed.
