DescriptionLakeshore Manor offers a chance for seniors to find a community they can grow with and a staff they can trust. At Lakeshore Manor, residents will find everything they need to make Chestermere their new home.Lakeshore Manor is managed by H & H Total Care services, a well-respected name in the senior housing industry. They have worked with us to convert a former Best Western hotel into the ideal independent living community.Before 2020, our building was used as a hotel. However, our transformation began a couple of years before that. In 2018, the Chestermere city council released a report indicating that the development of senior housing in the town would be a priority moving forward. It was at this time we began to consider our options.Seeing a new possibility open, in 2019 our ownership team applied to the City of Chestermere for a land-use amendment. After a few months of processing, the permits to renovate the old building into a new independent senior living community were granted to us on Feb 4th, 2020. After months of renovations, we opened the doors to Lakeshore Manor in late 2020 and have been a proud member of the Chestermere community since.Home to our welcoming community, Lakeshore Manor is an ideal place for retirement. We provide a balanced mix of personal space and group outings. We encourage a friendly, open, caring, and welcoming environment for all that work with us, live with us, or visit us.We also recognize the importance of relationships throughout the greater Chestermere neighbourhood and connecting with the community at large. Residents who reside here for a while quickly get to know the locals as well.With Lakeshore Manor now fully opened, we look forward to creating lasting memories with our residents.
