Beginning May 13, 2026, TapSenior is proud to announce that the TapSenior Membership Card will officially be renamed to TapSenior Family+.
This change represents more than just a new name. It reflects the long-term vision and direction of the entire TapSenior ecosystem as we continue building services designed to support seniors and bring peace of mind to families.
Over the past years, our mission has grown beyond traditional membership programs. Through services such as TapLook mobile beauty services and RideSenior transportation support, we have seen that seniors are often supported not only by themselves, but by children, spouses, relatives, caregivers, and loved ones who want to stay connected and involved in their daily well-being.
The new name, TapSenior Family+, better represents this vision.
The word “Family” reflects the importance of connection, care, and emotional support between seniors and their loved ones. The “+” symbolizes additional support, added convenience, ongoing coordination, and the growing network of services within the TapSenior ecosystem.
Our goal is not simply to provide services. Our goal is to help families feel more connected, supported, and reassured when caring for aging parents and loved ones.
TapSenior Family+ is designed to become a simple and accessible support membership for families and seniors across Canada and beyond.
