If your business is already listed on TapSenior, claiming your business is the first step toward becoming an official member of the TapSenior Network.
By claiming your business, you can verify ownership, gain access to your business management dashboard, and unlock exclusive member benefits designed to help you reach more seniors and their families.
The claim process is simple and secure.
Start by finding your business on the TapSenior website. Open your business profile and click the “Claim This Business” button. Complete the claim form with your name, business email address, phone number, your role within the business, and any additional information that helps us verify your ownership.
Once you submit your claim, our system will immediately notify the TapSenior team. We will review your request to ensure that the information matches the business listed in our directory. During this stage, your claim status will remain Pending Review.
After your ownership has been confirmed, you will receive an email from TapSenior with instructions to activate your business membership.
To become an Official Verified TapSenior Partner, a monthly membership of CAD $29 is required. You may choose to pay securely by Stripe or Interac e-Transfer.
If you pay using Stripe, your payment will be verified automatically, and your business will be activated immediately.
If you choose Interac e-Transfer, our team will confirm your payment as soon as it is received. Once confirmed, your business will be activated automatically.
After your membership is activated, TapSenior will automatically:
- Verify your business profile.
- Display the Verified TapSenior Partner badge on your listing.
- Create your secure Partner Dashboard account.
- Send your login URL, email address, and temporary password by email.
- Give you access to manage your business profile, photos, services, contact information, promotions, and other partner features.
As a Verified TapSenior Partner, your business becomes part of a trusted network serving seniors and their families across Canada and the United States. Verified businesses enjoy greater credibility, increased visibility in search results, access to future Family+ member benefits, and new opportunities to receive customer inquiries directly through the TapSenior platform.
If your business is already listed on TapSenior, there is no need to create a new listing. Simply claim your existing business, complete the verification process, activate your membership, and begin managing your profile through your personal Partner Dashboard.
